On August 21,2026,ZhongQing BaoShang Group and Shanghai Abaka Kasha Business Service Center(Limited Partnership)(hereinafter referred to as"ABKKS")held a signing ceremony for the Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation in Beijing.Leveraging their respective strengths,the two sides will carry out all‑round strategic cooperation covering joint investment,industrial‑park collaboration and standards‑related outreach in key industrial sectors,targeting the six member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council(GCC)and key member countries of the League of Arab States.Relevant representatives from CIECC Capital participated in the event as the liaison and coordination entity.

At the signing ceremony,representatives from ZhongQing BaoShang Group noted that the Group always upholds the mission of“advancing national strategies and fostering national rejuvenation”,and implements the three‑pronged development strategy of“Trade+Finance+Industry”.It has built unique strengths in cross‑border capital operations,industrial investment layout and the development of overseas capital channels,and is capable of delivering long‑term stable financial guarantees as well as secure and compliant implementation vehicles for cooperation projects.
ABKKS方面表示，将依托其作为海合会商工联合会（以下简称“FGCCC”）在华唯一官方指定运营实体的独特地位，发挥在海湾国家政商资源对接、产业发展趋势研判及优质企业集群组织等方面的核心能力，为中阿产业合作提供精准的战略对接与高效的产业供给支撑。（FGCCC系1989年由海湾六国政府联合创立的GCC唯一最高层级工商界代表机构，享有GCC正式观察员席位及联合国贸发会议“特别咨商地位”。）
ABKKS indicated that it will give play to its unique status as the sole officially‑designated operating entity of the Federation of the GCC Chambers of Commerce and Industry(hereinafter referred to as FGCCC)in China.It will leverage its core capabilities in government‑business resource matching for Gulf Arab states,analysis of industrial development trends,and organization of high‑quality enterprise clusters,so as to provide targeted strategic alignment and efficient industrial‑supply support for China‑Arab industrial cooperation.
(FGCCC is the sole highest‑level industrial and commercial representative body of the GCC,jointly founded by the governments of the six Gulf states in 1989.It holds official observer status within the GCC and special consultative status with UNCTAD.)
