2026年4月13日，第27届上海国际环博会期间，“中国—上海合作组织绿色产业发展合作区产业创新合作大会”于上海浦东嘉里大酒店隆重举行。会上，中青宝上集团有限公司（以下简称“中青宝上”）与天津子牙经济技术开发区（以下简称“子牙经开区”）及中国—上海合作组织绿色产业发展合作区正式签署总部战略合作协议，双方围绕绿色低碳发展、循环经济创新及跨境产业协同等领域展开深度合作，共同推动中国—上海合作组织绿色产业发展合作区的高质量建设。
On April 13,2026,during the 27th Shanghai International Environmental Protection Expo,the Industrial Innovation Cooperation Conference of the China–SCO Green Industry Development Cooperation Zone was grandly held at Kerry Hotel Pudong,Shanghai.At the conference,ZhongQing BaoShang Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"ZhongQing BaoShang")officially signed a headquarters strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Ziya Economic and Technological Development Zone(hereinafter collectively referred to as"Ziya Economic Development Zone")and the China–SCO Green Industry Development Cooperation Zone.The two sides will conduct in-depth cooperation in fields including green and low-carbon development,circular economy innovation and cross-border industrial coordination,and jointly advance the high-quality development and construction of the China–SCO Green Industry Development Cooperation Zone.
子牙经开区是全国首个以循环经济为主导产业的国家级经开区，也是上合组织绿色产业发展合作区的核心承载地。双方将依托这一平台，围绕建筑固废资源化利用，设立国际合作总部，推动中国技术、标准和服务面向“一带一路”沿线国家输出。
Ziya Economic Development Zone is China’s first national-level economic and technological development zone focusing on circular economy as its leading industry,and it also serves as the core carrier of the China–SCO Green Industry Development Cooperation Zone.Relying on this platform,the two sides will focus on the resource recycling and utilization of construction solid waste,set up an international cooperation headquarters,and promote the export of China’s technologies,standards and services to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.
大会由天津市静海区人民政府与国家发展改革委国际合作中心联合主办。国家发展改革委国合中心、生态环境部固管中心、静海区政府相关负责同志，以及科研院所、高校、企业代表出席。此次签约是大会项目合作对接的重要成果，标志着园区在引入优质市场化力量、深化上合组织绿色产业务实合作方面迈出了坚实一步。
The conference was co-organized by the People’s Government of Jinghai District,Tianjin,and the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC).Relevant officials from the International Cooperation Center of NDRC,the Solid Waste Management Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment,and Jinghai District Government,together with representatives from research institutions,universities and enterprises,attended the event.As a key outcome of project docking and cooperation matchmaking at the conference,this signing marks a solid step for the zone in introducing high-quality market-oriented forces and deepening pragmatic cooperation on green industries under the SCO framework.
本次产业创新合作大会作为第27届上海国际环博会的重要同期活动，汇聚了来自全球近20个国家和地区的环保企业代表，为中外绿色产业界搭建了务实合作桥梁。中青宝上将以此次签约为契机，持续深化与子牙经开区及上合组织框架下的各方协作，共同书写绿色“一带一路”建设的新篇章。
As an important supporting event of the 27th Shanghai International Environmental Protection Expo,this Industrial Innovation Cooperation Conference gathered environmental industry representatives from nearly 20 countries and regions worldwide,building a solid bridge for practical cooperation between Chinese and foreign players in the green industry.Taking this strategic signing as an opportunity,ZhongQing BaoShang will further deepen cooperation with Ziya Economic Development Zone and all relevant parties under the SCO framework,and jointly write a new chapter in the development of the green Belt and Road Initiative.
