一、中哈（图州）国际产业园项目签约

Signing of the China-Kazakhstan International Industrial Park Project in Turkestan Region

On July 13, 2024, Satyaldar Dauhan, the Governor of Turkestan Region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Askar Sharipkaliyev, the Envoy of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in China, along with representatives from various industries in Kazakhstan, jointly held the Kazakhstan Turkestan Region-China (Beijing) International Industrial Capacity Exchange Conference and the signing ceremony of the China-Kazakhstan (Turkestan Region) International Industrial Park Project with Zhongqing Baoshang Group Co., Ltd. in Beijing.

2024年9月，中青宝上与阿曼苏丹国阳光投资有限公司签署了战略合作协议，双方将致力于共同推进中国企业出海和阿拉伯国家及阿盟在华投资业务。此次战略合作协议签署的项目，也是未来“亚洲数字论坛”的工作重点。其战略合作范围包括：成立“中阿人类命运共同体研究中心”智库，协调促进双方分别在文化和艺术领域合作，中阿能源项目合作，大宗产品贸易与金融合作，医疗物资、医疗设备、医疗器械、医药出口等项目合作，中阿数字经济与数字贸易合作、现代农业等诸多领域的合作。

In September 2024, Zhongqing Baoshang Group Co., Ltd. and Oman Sultanate Sunshine Investment Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will be committed to jointly promoting Chinese enterprises to go global and Arab countries and the Arab League's investment business in China. Hosting the 8th "Belt and Road" Industrial Park Construction International Cooperation Summit

The 8th "Belt and Road" Industrial Park Construction International Cooperation Summit, themed "Promoting Industrial Chain and Supply Chain Construction, Expanding New Space for Park Cooperation," was held in Beijing on October 18. The summit was guided by the China Enterprise Confederation, the China Entrepreneurs Association, and the China Association for International Non-Governmental Organization Exchange, and jointly organized by the China Enterprise News Group and Zhongqing Baoshang Group Co., Ltd. Nearly 400 participants, including leaders from the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and relevant national ministries, park managers, entrepreneurs, experts and scholars from research institutions, and media representatives from across the country and overseas, attended the meeting. Establishment of the Malaysia Company to Deepen "Belt and Road" Cooperation

2024年8月，中青宝上集团与老挝、马来西亚、新加坡等合作伙伴签署了战略合作协议，进一步拓展了其在国际市场的业务布局，提升了国际竞争力和全球影响力。集团计划根据马来西亚的产业基础、需求和资源条件，投资建设特色产业园项目，推动项目与“一带一路”沿线国家的战略对接和贸易合作，确保园区的可持续发展。

This marks a significant step for Zhongqingbao Group in the field of intelligent computing. Leveraging Xinjiang's abundant energy resources and policy support, the group is committed to advancing the digital economy and the digitalization of industries, with a focus on developing the green intelligent computing industry. The project aims to support tasks in deep learning, big data analysis, and high-performance computing, establishing a benchmark for efficient, green, and collaborative intelligent computing industries. It also plans to demonstrate and promote this model throughout Xinjiang, aiding in the construction of a unified and efficient computing power network in the region. The project has currently entered the second phase of the bidding process.

七、铁路及城市建设乡村振兴综合产业园建设项目启动

The integrated industrial park construction project for railway, urban construction, and rural revitalization has been launched

临沧市临翔区蚂蚁堆乡小高桥铁路及城市建设乡村振兴综合产业园建设项目，用地面积2105851.73平方米（约3158.76亩），建设内容包括泄洪隧洞、铁路综合产业园（包括火车货运站，铁路专用货场，铁路桥梁、电杆、线路器材、道砟石厂，大型建材货场，交通轨道及市政PC产业园，办公生活区，采石场，机械摆放场地）、储油洞库区、种养殖园及爱国主义教育基地，分二期进行实施，项目目前已进入摘地及一期招标流程。

Zhongqing Baoshang Mansion Rehabilitation and Elderly Care Project

In January 2024, the Zhongqing Manor Health and Wellness Project was launched in Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, becoming China's first health and wellness center to receive the international WELL Platinum certification. The project has a total investment of 1.986 billion yuan, covering an area of about 19.76 acres. It integrates high-end medical care, rehabilitation, hot spring therapy, an elderly university, and an entrepreneurship center, providing 449 high-end elderly care beds. The project responds to the national strategy on population aging, focusing on the "medical, rehabilitation, and care" integrated service to meet the multi-level and high-quality health and elderly care needs of the elderly. It introduces top international medical teams and equipment, offering customized health check-ups and chronic disease management services. Leveraging IoT and big data technologies, the project has developed an intelligent monitoring system to enhance the technological content of elderly care services. It also focuses on the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly, improving the level of social elderly care services, alleviating the pressure of elderly care, and driving the development of the surrounding elderly care industry

九、共建汽车产业新基地，开启国际产能合作新篇

Building a new base for the automotive industry and opening a new chapter in international production capacity cooperation

2024年8月19日，中青宝上集团有限公司与吉尔吉斯斯坦政府及当地企业ModelHouse共同出资的汽车总装项目正式启动。项目一期总投资1.15亿美元，占地15公顷，预计年产量可达十万辆，总贸易额超200亿元人民币，项目建设采用太阳能光伏发电与电网供电结合，致力于环保生产。

On August 19, 2024, the automotive assembly project jointly funded by Zhongqing Bao Shang Group Co., Ltd., the Government of Kyrgyzstan, and the local company ModelHouse was officially launche. The first phase of the project has a total investment of 115 million US dollars, covering an area of 15 hectares, with an estimated annual production capacity of 100,000 vehicles and a total trade volume exceeding 20 billion yua. The project construction adopts a combination of solar photovoltaic power generation and grid power supply, committed to environmentally friendly productio.

The main business covers KD and assembly business of commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and special vehicles, as well as international trade of automobiles and related product. Leveraging the advantages of China's automotive manufacturing industry and Kyrgyzstan's preferential policies, the project adopts a mode of importing parts for local assembly production, establishing Kyrgyzstan's own automotive bran. The produced automobiles can take advantage of the Eurasian Economic Union's preferential policies to be sold to neighboring countries such as Kazakhstan and Armenia with zero tariff. The project aims to break trade barriers, reduce production costs, promote the innovative development of the local automotive industry, drive industrial transformation and upgrading, and promote international trade growt. At the same time, it transfers and exports China's advanced automotive production capacity, helping Kyrgyzstan establish its own national automotive bran.

Billion dollar green methanol project, embarking on a new journey of "dual carbon"

On December 30, 2024, the Management Committee of Urumqi Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone (Industrial Zone) and Zhongqing Bao Shang Group Co., Ltd. successfully held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony.

As a national-level economic and technological development zone, Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone is the main battleground for Xinjiang's new-type industrialization and has significant advantages in new materials, new energy, and other fields. Zhongqing Bao Shang Group plans to invest 10 billion yuan to build a 300,000-ton green methanol project in the park using advanced domestic technology. After the project is put into production, it will use 600,000 tons of biomass straw annually, and the produced green methanol will be exported to Europe to replace traditional ship fuel and produce green aviation fuel, helping to achieve the "dual carbon" goals.

Both parties will establish a long-term strategic partnership and jointly explore new models. Ganquanbao Economic and Technological Development Zone will provide assistance in procedures handling and policy support. Subsequently, both parties will also sign detailed agreements on specific cooperation content, working together to promote the development of regional economy and green energy industry.
