On February 14, 2025, Zhongqing Baoshang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongqing Baoshang Group") and Thai Asia Atlantic Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Asia Atlantic Airlines") formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding, deciding to launch comprehensive cooperation in the fields of aviation operations, tourism market development, and aircraft leasing. This decision is based on their shared recognition of the potential of the "Belt and Road" aviation market and their positive expectations for the good relations between China and Thailand. The cooperation aims to jointly promote the internationalization of their businesses.

亚洲大西洋航空作为总部位于泰国曼谷的官方授权航空公司，成立于 2012 年 12 月，注册资本 2.495 亿泰铢。此次与中青宝上集团签约新增的 3 架空客 330 系列飞机并已获泰国交通部批准，预计 2025 年 8 月开启运营。同时，公司获准以 “航空泰国”（AIRTHAILAND）名义开展业务，秉持 “泰国的款待精神”，致力于成为 “一带一路” 休闲航空领域的引领者，目前已开通中国、沙特、日本、韩国四条航线，未来计划开通更多 “一带一路” 多地航线。Asia Atlantic Airlines, an officially authorized airline headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, was established in December 2012 with a registered capital of 2.495 billion Thai baht. The three additional Airbus A330 series aircraft, which were included in the recent contract signed with Zhongqing Baoshang Group, have been approved by the Thai Ministry of Transport and are expected to commence operations in August 2025. The company has also been granted approval to conduct business under the name "Air Thailand" (AIRTHAILAND), embracing the "Thai hospitality spirit" and committing to becoming a leader in the leisure aviation sector of the "Belt and Road" initiative. It has currently launched four routes to China, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and South Korea, and plans to open more routes to various destinations along the "Belt and Road" in the future.

The first batch of cooperation routes will cover China, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and South Korea, with the initial aircraft type being the Airbus A330, totaling three units.
