Duisburg on the banks of the Rhine is Europe’s largest inland rail freight hub.In midsummer,the freight terminal is bustling with activity.Numerous containers from China are neatly stacked,waiting to be transshipped and distributed to all parts of Europe.
今年6月是中欧班列启用统一品牌10周年。截至6月10日，中欧班列今年开行数量已突破1万列、发送货物超100万标箱，创历史同期新高。依托规模化运行优势，杜伊斯堡持续承接欧洲近三成中欧班列货量。
This June marks the 10th anniversary of the launch of the unified brand of China-Europe Railway Express.As of June 10,the number of China-Europe Railway Express trains operated this year has exceeded 10,000,with cargo shipments surpassing 1 million TEUs,hitting a record high for the same period in history.Drawing on its large-scale operational advantages,Duisburg consistently handles nearly 30 percent of all China-Europe Railway Express cargo across Europe.
在稳固中德、中欧双向贸易的同时，中欧班列有效惠及民生，带动杜伊斯堡物流全链条新增就业岗位超2万个。10年来，落地杜伊斯堡的中资企业从40家增至120余家。
While consolidating two-way trade between China and Germany as well as China and Europe,the China-Europe Railway Express has delivered tangible benefits to local residents and created over 20,000 new jobs across the entire logistics industrial chain in Duisburg.Over the past decade,the number of Chinese-funded enterprises established in Duisburg has grown from 40 to more than 120.
在全球经济增长乏力、国际贸易承压背景下，中欧班列开创了亚欧国际运输新格局，为沿线经贸合作带来稳定红利。
Against the backdrop of sluggish global economic growth and mounting pressures on international trade,the China-Europe Railway Express has pioneered a new landscape for Eurasian international transport and brought steady benefits to economic and trade cooperation along the routes.
