in March 2025, Zhongqing Baoshang Group officially signed a cooperation agreement with a hospital in a city in Jiangsu Province to jointly build the hospital’s proton/multi-particle therapy center. The project is scheduled to commence construction this month in 2025 and is expected to be completed and put into use in 2027. It will inject new vitality into the regional medical and health sector, promote the domestication and internationalization of proton therapy technology, and fill the gap in the region’s cutting-edge cancer treatment field.

It is a secondary-level comprehensive modern hospital integrating medical diagnosis and therapy, disease prevention, elderly care, rehabilitation and health care, as well as teaching and research. The hospital’s core specialties include cardiology, oncology, trauma center, and geriatric treatment center.Covering an area of 38,000 square meters, the hospital has a medical facility area of 43,000 square meters and 1,000 beds. As a regional medical hub, the hospital has been awarded multiple provincial and municipal accreditations. It is a member and practice base of the provincial university-affiliated hospital oncology consortium. Equipped with internationally advanced diagnostic and therapeutic devices, the hospital has innovatively established an international medical center, recruiting medical teams from multiple countries and multilingual translators.
