On June 6, 2025, marking the significant milestone of the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), Zhongqing Baoshang Group and Daqing National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone jointly signed a strategic cooperation memorandum to collaboratively establish a Belt and Road Industrial Park. This initiative aligns with China’s national strategies for BRI development and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China, with a focus on expanding northbound openness.

The two parties will join forces to drive industrial upgrading and asset revitalization, boost tax revenue, and stimulate economic revitalization in Northeast China, aiming to build a highland for industrial cooperation and innovation demonstration targeting Northeast Asia. This collaboration represents a key step for Northeast China to integrate into the BRI and advance northbound openness, providing solid industrial support and a high-end platform for the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.

Jointly construct an industrial big data center, integrate and upgrade existing industrial facility space resources, and build a green, intensive data center cluster; deeply integrate into the computing power network system of the "East Data West Computing" project to support cross-regional industrial data collaboration; provide data support for intelligent manufacturing and energy transition, and develop core applications such as industrial knowledge graph modeling and "industrial brain" to accelerate the new industrialization process.
